Infrastructure Engineer - Underground Utilities (Civil / Mechanical)

Job Summary

Divine Power Electromechanical Works LLC is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer with experience in underground utilities for large-scale infrastructure projects. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising the installation of utility networks in compliance with project specifications and authority standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise execution of underground utilities, including potable water, TSE, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, firewater, chilled water, and duct banks. Review IFC drawings, specifications, and utility coordination layouts. Ensure compliance with relevant authority requirements (RTA, DM, DEWA, ADM, etc.). Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for inspections and approvals. Monitor site activities such as trenching, backfilling, testing, and reinstatement works. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and ensure HSE compliance.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering. 3-10 years of experience in underground utilities for infrastructure projects (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of utility networks, NDRC requirements, testing procedures, and authority standards. Good communication and site coordination skills. RTA / DM approved engineer will be an added advantage.
