Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison with government authorities to secure approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, authorities, consultants, and contractors
Manage stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth collaboration and timely project delivery
Provide technical guidance on infrastructure design and construction for land development and road projects
Lead multidisciplinary teams and support PMC objectives across planning, design, and construction phases
Prepare and present technical reports, correspondence, and presentations in English and Arabic
Identify and resolve design conflicts, approval challenges, and stakeholder issues proactively
Represent the organization confidently in high-level meetings with authorities and key stakeholders
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a strong focus on land development and road projects
Extensive hands-on experience delivering infrastructure projects in Dubai or the wider UAE
Skills Set
Strong technical expertise in infrastructure design and construction
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic
Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability in PMC or consultancy environments
In-depth knowledge of Dubai and UAE authority requirements and approval processes
Experience working with entities such as RTA and Dubai Municipality is an advantage
PMP or similar professional certification is preferred
