Job Summary:

Handles advanced configuration, patching, virtualization, server operations, and performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities

Manage virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V). Perform patching and server hardening. Handle escalation from L1/L2 teams. Manage backup, monitoring, performance tuning. Implement automation and optimization tasks.

Required Skills

6+ years infrastructure engineering experience. Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Windows/Linux Servers. Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios). Strong troubleshooting skills.
