Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot desktops, printers, and applications.
Perform regular system checks.
Provide onsite end-user support.
Escalate technical issues when necessary.
Support patching and routine maintenance.
Required Skills
1-3 years IT service desk or desktop support experience.
Knowledge of Windows, basic networking, hardware troubleshooting.
Strong customer service skills.
