Job Description

Design and develop infrastructure layouts including roads, stormwater, sewerage, and water networks. Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure technical compliance. Supervise on-site infrastructure works and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and schedule. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure engineering standards are met. Prepare as-built drawings, method statements, and technical reports. Manage material submittals and approvals in coordination with the procurement team. Support tendering and estimation by providing technical inputs. Ensure compliance with local authority (DM, RTA, DEWA, etc.) regulations. Identify design issues and recommend cost-effective engineering solutions.
Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure and utilities projects (UAE/GCC experience preferred). Strong knowledge of roadworks, drainage, water supply, and underground utilities. Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office. Familiar with local authority standards and approval procedures. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
