• IT infrastructure engineers are responsible for designing and maintaining the systems that keep businesses running smoothly. In order to do this effectively, they need to have a deep understanding of how to protect against cyberattacks.
• This includes knowing how to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them. infrastructural engineers should have good communication and collaboration skills, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills, and extensive knowledge of data laws. Ideal candidates will also have experience in project management and giving professional presentations.

• Installing new computer hardware such as servers, workstations, storage devices, and networking equipment.
• Monitoring network performance to ensure that it meets business objectives.
• Responding effectively and speedily to any problems.
• Maintaining a professional demeaner with colleagues and C-levels.
• Providing training and support.
• Ensuring operating environments stay safe and secure.
• Updating any software and hardware where necessary.
• Documenting all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response.
• Performing disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity
• Coordinating with other IT staff to ensure smooth operation of computer networks and applications.
• Performing system administration tasks such as installing operating systems and software applications on computers.
• Configuring computers for optimal performance by installing applications, updating system settings, and troubleshooting problems.
• Maintaining computer networks by troubleshooting software and hardware problems.
• Work with remote teams to implement security controls and maintain local IT infrastructure.
• Complete all other duties, tasks or projects assigned from management team.

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer (CCNP or MCSE)) is a plus.
• Experience level between 0-2 Years.
• Must know network and security concepts, SAN technology and storage, and tuning techniques and system performance configuration.
