This position is responsible for contributing to the overall success of the fitness facility. It involves supporting daily operations, assisting with fitness programs, and providing excellent customer service to promote a healthy and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Address client inquiries and provide information about fitness programs and services.
Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere to motivate clients.
Demonstrate exercises and proper use of equipment to clients.
Monitor and assist clients during sessions to ensure safety and proper technique.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of fitness areas.
Check and restock fitness equipment and supplies as needed.
Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel.
Assist in maintaining client records and session logs.
Handle membership inquiries, sign-ups, and renewals.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
Engage with clients to understand their fitness goals and provide guidance.
Share information on nutrition, lifestyle, and overall well-being.
Encourage and support clients in their fitness journeys.
Work collaboratively administrative staff, and other team members.
Stay informed about facility updates and industry trends.
Respond calmly and appropriately to any emergency situations.
Be familiar with emergency procedures and protocols.
Follows SOP's for quality service and municipality regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; fitness-related certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in a fitness or customer service role.
Certificates in CPR and first aid
Fluency in English Arabic would be a plus

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
