Job Description
:
- 3D Modelling of all scope elements and assets related to Infrastructure & GIS systems.
- Prepare own discipline model and/or content for internal reviews and coordination.
- Scheduling quantities and Construction Planning and Progress reports.
- Compliance with the latest industry interoperability ADM standards usability in a collaborative Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Compliance with Open Source / Open File standards that renders the BIM compatible with relevant CAD, Scheduling, Facilities Management, and other relevant applications.
- Packaging Deliverables including clash free Model as per BEP with Extraction of required formats, Clash check set-up and reports, Interface activities coordination etc.
- Extraction of Drawings (PDF/DWG) from the Revit Model itself.
- 4D & 5D Scheduling / Simulation using Autodesk NavisWorks and with Primavera.
- Providing Coordination reports of the interfaces between engineering disciplines / design and construction / temporary and permanent works design activities, through the BIM process Good knowledge of BIM.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- BIM Modeler working: 3 years (Preferred)
