The responsibilities of the ideal candidate will include:
Daily operational tasks for Remedy ITSM
Administration, support and maintenance of Remedy ITSM
Regular upgrade of Remedy ITSM environment to latest version
Acting as single point of contact and handling communication with customer and BMC support
Minimum qualifications:
B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent academic qualifications.
M.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Systems is considered a plus.
1+ years of hands-on experience in similar roles.
Very good knowledge of Remedy ITSM
Very good Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Release, Service Request, CMDB)
Very good Knowledge of Atrium Integration and Remedy Developer Studio
Experience and knowledge of configuration and administration in BMC Smart IT, Digital Workplace, DWP Catalog, Smart Reporting
Experience of Remedy integrations with 3rd party tools using Web services and APIs
Knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM containerized environment is considered a plus
Knowledge of BMC Discovery is considered a plus
Knowledge of BMC Client Management is considered a plus
