Job Decription: We are hiring a certified IT Foreman having a sound knowledge of computer software, hardware, internet applications, operating systems, and networks. You need to maximize the functionality of technology by installing, maintaining and updating computer systems and networks. You will also be responsible for training the users for safe usage of information technology systems. In order to succeed in this job, you should have excellent troubleshooting abilities with a keen eye for details. You must also have some sort of experience in an IT-related field. Lastly, you must be a team player with the ability to perform well in a team environment. So, if you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and qualify the following requirements, we would like to hear from you. Responsibilities:

• Setting up workstations with computers along with all related peripheral devices such as routers and printers etc.
• Ensuring functionality of IT systems by maintaining data networks as well as computer hardware like mouse, HDD, printers, and keyboards
• Installing and configuring appropriate software according to the specifications
• Keeping track of all repair and maintenance data in the form of records, logs, and maintenance schedule
• Regularly performing troubleshooting processes to identify and resolve problems and bugs as soon as they arise
• Identifying computer or network equipment shortages and placing orders
• Organizing and scheduling routine upgrades as well as implementing them without disturbing other users
• Providing guidance and orientation to other users on the usage of IT systems as well as software
• Ensuring privacy and security of computer systems and data networks
• Developing and maintaining local networks so as to optimize their performance
