Are you an experienced IT professional with expertise in managing enterprise systems and ensuring secure, efficient operations? We are seeking an Information Systems Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure, support investment operations, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our firms information systems align with business needs while meeting the highest standards of security and compliance in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and manage the firms information systems to support investment operations and business processes.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, databases, and applications, ensuring high availability and security.
- Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategy with business objectives.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to safeguard sensitive financial and client data.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers; evaluate and deploy new technologies as required.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks (DFSA/ADGM/ESCA) and international data protection laws.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams to maximize system utilization.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
