Provide customers with information in person and/or over the phone, or via email, and advise on services available at the airport.
Ensure the provision of operational information messages in the airport terminal public address system.
To ensure the provision of other services and the sale of products in accordance with concluded contracts.
Ensure the placement of information materials on the terminal information stand.
Prepare reports on the services provided by the "Visitor Center", keep records of the necessary materials.

Job Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in providing information in the service sector is desirable.
Knowledge of customer service standards and business etiquette.
Ability to assess priorities in customer service matters.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate.
Ability to work with a computer and use computer programs in the MS Office environment (MS Word, MS Excel), Internet browsers.
