Our client is a leading government entity based in Abu Dhabi and seeking to recruit an Information Security & Compliance Manager.

Role:

As a Subject Matter Expert in the areas of Information Security, Cybersecurity and Data protection, you will be responsible for enhancing the InfoSec and CyberSec including developing, implementing, and managing policy and technical controls.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement short/long term InfoSec, cybersecurity, and data privacy & protection plans to protect data and systems
- Design & implement policies that ensure compliance standards as per ISO27001/17
- Deliver Information Security Awareness training to staff
- Overseeing the Managed Security Service Provider to manage the SOC
- Validate, review and test Incident Response Plan
- Ensuring the highest level of information protection for the entity\'s data center
- Managing the disaster recovery planning and leading design and oversight of VAPT testing
- Design and implement DLP solutions
- Providing insight into enhancing all aspects of cybersecurity for the entity

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Information security or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the UAE
- Azure Security Engineer Associate is strongly desired
- ISO27001 Lead Auditor
- CISSP, or CISM are a must
- CEH or CompTIA PenTest+ are a must
- PMP, PRINCE 2, AGILE, or other leading project management certifications
