Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement. You will work closely with influencers, content creators, and other marketing team members to ensure the successful implementation of influencer marketing strategies.Responsibilities: * Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products.
  • Identify and engage with relevant influencers and content creators to collaborate on campaigns.
  • Create and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts and managing partnerships.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including content creation, posting schedules, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to management and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and PR, to ensure alignment and maximize campaign results.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve campaign goals.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines for influencer marketing, including FTC regulations and disclosure requirements.
Preferred Candidate: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
