Role Overview:
We are seeking an outcome-driven Influencer Marketing Manager who embodies our clients values and takes ownership of every task. The ideal candidate is resourceful, independent, and relentless in pursuing excellence, ensuring all angles are explored to achieve results. Youll work closely with the owner and team to deliver high-impact results while enjoying a work environment that values your well-being and growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Design and implement influencer marketing campaigns that align with client goals and the companys vision.
• Task Ownership: Address challenges proactively and exhaust all possible solutions before identifying obstacles.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including influencer relations and creative departments, to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Outcome Measurement: Monitor and report campaign performance with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Brand Loyalty: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and influencers to ensure repeat business.
• Strategic Leadership: Design, implement, and optimise influencer marketing campaigns tailored to client goals.
• Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report campaign outcomes, making data-driven adjustments for success.
• Team Participation: Actively contribute to team-building activities and uphold the companys fun and supportive culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign management, preferably in the influencer marketing industry.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills for measuring campaign performance and deriving insights.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Arabic and English bilingual.
