About the job Industrial Sales Manager

Our client is a premier supplier and distributor of Wagyu and black Angus beef, lamb, and turkey in the UAE and Qatar region.

They are looking for an Industrial Sales Manager to join their team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

  • Increase revenue within all GCC countries to meet or exceed budgeted goals
  • Support key relationships and develop business plans for Industrial accounts
  • Work with reps in developing relationships with key decision makers and build business by utilizing product breadth, operational capabilities and marketing
  • Lead the creation and implementation of a standard sales plan for key customers, managed directly by Sales Account Managers, which notes key contacts, sales, new opportunities, action plans and expected results
  • Coordinate with Sales Account Managers on creation of action plans for diversifying their account base and growing business among underperforming and prospect accounts
  • Map and engage in sales opportunities, budgeting appropriately, showing targeted and expected ROI, and directing project needs
  • Work with internal departments to develop processes that help support the growth of Industrial accounts, with a focus on supporting superior service and developing innovative products
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good Discipline
  • Prior work experience in food processing/sales to food processors
  • Gender preferred is male as it requires significant travelling.
  • English a must and Arabic is a plus
