Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical principles, drawing reading, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Reading and Interpreting Drawings:

Study blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.

Material Preparation:

Cut, grind, and shape metal and other materials using specialized tools and machinery.

Fitting Components:

Position, align, and secure metal parts and subassemblies using clamps, bolts, and tack welds before final welding.

Welding:

Utilize various welding techniques (such as MIG, TIG, or stick) to join metal components according to specifications.

Quality Control:

Inspect the accuracy, clearance, and fit of fabricated parts using precision measuring instruments.

Pipework:

Cut, thread, bend, and install hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and lines.

Maintenance:

Diagnose and repair faults in tools and machinery and perform regular maintenance.

Safety:

Adhere to all safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) and specialized tools.

Technical Literacy:

Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings and specifications.

Precision:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measuring, cutting, and fitting components.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues with tools and machinery.

Physical Stamina:

Capacity to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in potentially hot or noisy environments.

Teamwork:

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a construction or fabrication team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
