Your Missions : . Performs Industrial Engineering functional activities as directed by the relevant Production Engineering leader . Provides regular reports to his/her own superior(s) . Escalates according to defined escalation paths . Provides support in escalation topics from projects / production / quality complaints . Performs IE tasks within improvement & customer projects . Perform and drive efficiency improvement activities by applying IE methods . Implements lessons learned, best practice and actively shares the information within the Engineering network . Ensures the calculated manufacturing time is entered into the relevant systems Ensures support in: o Activities for development of new production equipment and processes in coordination with Country & Production Management teams o The development and optimization of Industrial Engineering (IE) methods o The elaboration and definition of best IE practices o Knowledge exchange between Production Management and country plants o The elaboration, optimization and implementation of production process standards o The development of new production methods and processes o The implementation of IE methods (KOSU, VSM, 5S, etc.) o Arrangement, optimization and participation in approval of work stations . Perform and analysis of production time calculation o Analysis of production processes based on standard (IE) methods o Evaluates time analysis in order to detect time bottlenecks, MUDA, .... o Performs production process balancing/modulization according to performed time analysis o Compares real times with the planned times in order to define measures for time optimization o Design Line Balance and implement in Production o Theorical station balance define (from assembly area till packing o Carries out and implement measures for reducing production time o Creation & release of work station documents

Job Skills : State engineer diploma CAD Tools Engineering Design Tools English B1 French is a plus
