Core Responsibilities Across Roles:

Reading and Interpreting Blueprints:

Understanding technical diagrams, circuit diagrams, and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts and system requirements.

Installation:

Installing wiring, conduits, fixtures, control devices, and related electrical equipment (e.g., lighting, power outlets, security systems, fire alarms, heating and cooling systems).

Maintenance and Repair:

Inspecting electrical components (transformers, circuit breakers), identifying faults, troubleshooting problems using testing devices (multimeters), repairing or replacing wiring, equipment, or fixtures.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhering to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other state and local building regulations to ensure the safety and compatibility of electrical systems.

Testing and Verification:

Conducting tests to ensure the continuity, safety, and proper functioning of circuits and systems after installation, replacement, or repair.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

Supervision and Training:

Experienced electricians may direct and train apprentices and other workers. Focusing on ensuring existing electrical systems and equipment run effectively, safely, and efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
