Key Responsibilities:
Installation, testing and commissioning of
substations and power transformers
.
Working with
GIS equipment
, including assembly and dismantling tasks.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and layout drawings.
Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams on site to ensure timely completion of projects.
Prepare reports and documentation related to electrical inspections and repairs.
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in substation/transformer installation.
Solid understanding of
GIS systems
, HV/LV switchgear and protection systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Willingness to travel and work on various project sites as required.
