Minimum of 10 years of experience, ideally in the manufacturing, processing, or batching industry.
Hands-on experience operating and maintaining heavy machinery or equipment, including systems controlled by PLCs and VFDs.
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical power and control schematic diagrams.
Basic understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including valves, actuators, and their wiring.
Familiar with electrical control panels and skilled in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of process control instruments and sensors such as proximity switches, limit switches, encoders, PT100/RTDs, pressure transducers, and load cells.
Fundamental understanding of PLC modules and VFD functionality.
Educational background: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
