Indoor Sales Executive - Building Materials

About the Role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused

Indoor Sales Executive

with experience in

building materials

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for handling in-store and inbound sales inquiries, providing product guidance, and supporting the sales team with quotations, orders, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet walk-in customers and respond promptly to phone and email inquiries. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate building material products (e.g. tiles, steel, cement, insulation, sanitary ware, etc.). Prepare and follow up on

quotations

,

sales orders

, and

delivery schedules

. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and stock availability. Maintain accurate records of sales, client information, and inventory status. Build strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support when needed. Stay updated on

product knowledge

, pricing, and promotions. Support the outdoor sales team with documentation, leads, and order processing.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 2-4 years of

indoor sales experience

in

building materials

in the UAE.

Language:

Proficiency in English

is required

Arabic communication skills preferred

for customer engagement ?

Education:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or related fields.?

Skills:

Good product knowledge of building materials Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Computer Skills:

Familiarity with MS Office, POS systems, and ERP software
