: We are seeking a young, energetic "go-getter" to join our team as an Indoor Sales Executive. This role requires proficiency in verbal and written English communication, excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and a good understanding of Tally software. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong drive to excel in sales. Previous indoor sales experience in the UAE is an added advantage. Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administration tasks, including using Tally software to access product availability, pricing, and other information needed for customer quotes.
- Communicate and maintain relationships with existing customers via email and phone calls, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base through advertising our products and services and securing new business deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
- Strong command of Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative tasks.
- Good knowledge of Tally software for inventory management and sales reporting.
- Previous indoor sales experience in the UAE is an added advantage.
- Salary package: AED 2000-2500, depending on skills, plus sales incentives.
- Transport allowance within Sharjah will be provided.
- Visa and other benefits will be provided after the probation period.
- This is a fully on-site job.
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Do you have basic knowledge and experience of using Tally ERP?
- Indoor sales in the UAE: 1 year (Preferred)
- Fluent English (Spoken and written) (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)
