Job Responsibilities

Handle incoming sales inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms Prepare accurate quotations for

packaging machines, spare parts, and accessories

in coordination with suppliers and procurement Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders Maintain and update customer, supplier, and product records in an organized manner Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery Support the outdoor sales team with quotations, technical documentation, and client coordination Assist in preparing basic technical offers and commercial proposals
Requirements

2-3 years of proven experience in

Indoor Sales

, preferably in

packaging machinery, industrial equipment, or technical trading

Strong verbal and written

English communication skills

Customer-oriented, organized, and detail-focused approach Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced trading environment Team player with a professional and positive attitude Knowledge of

ERP systems and MS Office

is an advantage Driving license
