Job Description

We are seeking a proactive

Indoor Sales Executive( Female)

who is fluent in

Arabic

to support our sales and operational functions. The ideal candidate will have at least

1 year of experience

in a similar role and will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating internally to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Communicate with clients in

Arabic and English

via phone, email, and chat. Prepare and follow up on

quotations, invoices, and sales orders

. Handle

customer inquiries

, provide product details, and assist in closing sales. Maintain and update

customer records and CRM systems

. Support inventory tracking, sales reports, and internal documentation. Provide

after-sales support

and assist with resolving client issues.

Requirements:



1 year of experience

in customer handling Fluent in

Arabic and English

(spoken and written). Proficient in

MS Office

(especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM tools. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
