We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Indoor Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination and will play a key role in supporting our sales team with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with sales order processing and follow-ups
Coordinate with the sales team for both indoor and basic outdoor sales activities
Maintain and update customer records and databases
Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents
Handle client queries and provide timely support
Assist in any other sales-related tasks as required
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
