Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom or counter area.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate building materials and hardware products.
Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and handle invoicing accurately.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery or pickup of materials.
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom/counter is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Respond to customer inquiries (in person, by phone, or email) and provide after-sales support when needed.
Keep updated records of inventory and inform the purchasing team about fast-moving or low-stock items.
Support the sales team with product information, pricing, and order tracking.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, B.E Civil Engineering
