Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and emails from customers professionally and promptly. Assist customers in selecting products and provide product knowledge. Process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth sales process.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computers and sales software.
