Sales Representatives
. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about automobiles and building a career in sales. You will be the face of the Renault brand, guiding customers through their journey to find the perfect vehicle that matches their needs and lifestyle. No prior sales experience is required--we provide comprehensive training on our products, sales processes, and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales:
Warmly greet and engage with showroom visitors and handle incoming inquiries.
Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
Present, demonstrate, and highlight the features and benefits of the Renault model range.
Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to final delivery.
Effectively negotiate and close sales to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
Product Knowledge & Market Awareness:
Participate in and complete all required product and sales training programs.
Maintain an expert-level knowledge of Renault vehicles, specifications, financing options, and promotional campaigns.
Stay informed about competitor products and market trends.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Accurately log all customer interactions, leads, and follow-up activities in the company's CRM system.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business and referrals.
After-Sales Liaison:
Facilitate a smooth handover process to the after-sales and service departments.
Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience even after the sale is complete.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Experience:
0 to 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
