About the Role:
A leading Real Estate Developer in Dubai is seeking an experienced Indian Accountant (M.Com) to join its dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of real estate accounting practices and UAE financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
xe2x9cx85 Handle daily accounting tasks, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
xe2x9cx85 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with UAE standards.
xe2x9cx85 Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and client invoicing.
xe2x9cx85 Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for real estate projects.
xe2x9cx85 Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies for audits and financial reviews.
xe2x9cx85 Support the sales and project teams with financial insights and property costing.
xe2x9cx85 Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, corporate tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
xe2x9cx85 Maintain accurate property accounting records, project costings, and payment plans.
xe2x9cx85 Contribute to the financial analysis of ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
xe2x9cx85 Assist in the implementation of accounting systems and process improvements.
