Company: Gen Boya (Turkey) Location: Oman (Remote - Field Based) Employment Type: Freelance / Commission-Based Only About Us Gen Boya is a leading Turkish manufacturer of industrial, marine, decorative, and floor coatings, exporting to more than 20 countries. We are now expanding our presence in the Gulf region and are looking for independent sales agents in Oman to grow our customer network across construction, industrial, and marine sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand a portfolio of clients (distributors, contractors, construction companies, industrial facilities, shipyards). Promote our full product range (epoxy systems, polyurethane coatings, marine coatings, anti-corrosive coatings, decorative paints, floor coatings, wood coatings). Identify and approach new B2B leads in Oman's active construction and industrial markets. Conduct customer visits, site visits, and technical presentations; manage follow-ups. Coordinate with our Export Department to prepare quotations and commercial offers. Provide weekly reports on visits, quotations, and potential new projects. What We Are Looking For Experience in coatings, construction chemicals, industrial materials, or B2B technical sales. Existing network within the Omani construction, industrial, or marine sector is a strong advantage. Knowledge of procurement processes for government and private sector projects. Self-driven, independent, and result-oriented. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule. English required; Arabic is an advantage.
