We are looking for a position of a qualified Independent Internal Auditor with a working experience of five years+ in a Hotel Industry. The candidate must have the following skills and qualification to fill the requirement: Should have keen eye for excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of the Hotel industry and awareness of Tourism industry information, compliance and risk management. Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations. Should also possess strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and ability to work on own intention and as part of a team. Evaluate the adequacy of the system of internal controls, recommend for improvements on controls in all areas. Assess compliance with policies and procedures and sound business practices which help to maintain accurate and timely financial reporting and data collections. Should be able in preventing and detecting fraud and other unlawful acts. Perform the full internal audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations, effectiveness, reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations. Should recognize the essential elements that make the organization successful, adding value by building the internal audit department around these principles. Should be able to assist organization operating in hotel industry by ensuring that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately, resources are used responsibly and governance systems are strengthened. Prepare and present reports that reflect internal audit results and documents process. Acts as an objective source of independent advice and goal achievement and to maintain open communication with the management. Ability to manipulate large amount of data and to compile detailed reports for the management.
