A prominent holding company in Dubai, with diversified portfolio of businesses which includes real estate, contracting, trading, automotive and logistics.

- Overseeing the facilitys maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with the UAEs regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Monitoring and managing inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring all resources are stocked and well-maintained.
- Organizing daily work schedules and monitor staff performance to ensure all tasks & responsibilities are carried out efficiently while resolving any staffing issues, ensuring a positive team environment.
- Ensuring to assist administrative support to the Business Incubator Manager, including managing records, preparing reports, and handling day-to-day operations.
