Key Accountabilities Revenue Audit & Controls



Audit and verify all daily revenue transactions across all outlets (Rooms, F&B, Banquets, Other Operating Departments).



Ensure all revenue is correctly posted, supported, and reconciled in accordance with IHG policies and hotel SOPs.



Review night audit reports and validate system balances against supporting documents.



Investigate and resolve revenue discrepancies, shortages, or variances, escalating issues where required.



Systems & Reporting



Ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of PMS, POS, and interface reports.



Prepare daily revenue summaries and audit reports for Finance and hotel management.



Support month-end closing by ensuring revenue data is complete and accurate.



Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit trail and compliance purposes.



Compliance & Risk Management



Ensure adherence to IHG Internal Control Framework, Responsible Business requirements, and local statutory regulations.



Identify control gaps, process weaknesses, or revenue risks and recommend corrective actions.



Support internal, external, and brand audits by providing accurate records and explanations.



Collaboration & Support



Work closely with Front Office, F&B, Banqueting, and IT to resolve posting and system issues.



Provide guidance to operational teams on revenue procedures and documentation standards.



Support Finance team initiatives related to controls, process improvements, and system enhancements.



Key Skills & Experience Technical & Professional



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.



Minimum 1-2 years' experience in hotel finance or income auditing (IHG or international hotel brand experience preferred).



Strong understanding of hotel revenue streams, PMS and POS systems.



High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
