We are seeking a professional and detailed-oriented Income Auditor to ensure the accuracy and integrity of hotel revenue by reviewing, verifying, and reconciling all daily income transactions. This role supports financial controls, identifies discrepancies, and ensures compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.

• Audit and verify daily hotel revenue from all departments
• Check and balance night audit reports, cashier summaries, and shift reports
• Verify room revenue, rate accuracy, allowances, rebates, and no-show charges
• Audit F&B checks, voids, discounts, complimentary items, and postings
• Reconcile cash, credit cards, city ledger, and other payment methods
• Ensure correct posting of revenue to general ledger accounts
• Investigate and report revenue discrepancies and variances
• Ensure compliance with hotel financial policies, internal controls, and brand standards
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the same role in 4* or 5* property
• Strong knowledge of hotel revenue processes and night audit procedures
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Good understanding of hotel accounting principles and internal controls
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information
