Job Description
Monitoring cash revenue on a daily basis and ensuring zero variance between cash revenue and bank deposits. Monitor and reconcile all credit card collections against cashier's summary and ensure zero variance between credit card collections and bank accounts. Monitor and reconcile all aggregators' collections again cashier summary and ensure zero variance between aggregators' collections and bank accounts. Perform physical spot checks in all the outlets for cash float, petty cash, food wastage recordings, voids, discounts, complementary and inventory counts. Ensure all voided checks, corrections, and unsettled checks are approved by the Restaurant Manager. Ensure that programs involving coupons, certificates, and vouchers are adequately controlled and safeguards are in place. Ensure currency counting machines, fake currency detectors, and CCTVs are in working condition. Manage communication with various departments and prepare everyday reports within the required timeframe. Ensure compliance with all control and system procedures, and document all processes and identify errors for cash handling. Prepare daily and monthly revenue reports for the management. Prepare and post revenue and income JVs on a daily basis. Carry out any other accounting work assigned by the Head of Department. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Education:
