We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Income Auditor to join our team in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. As an Income Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records by auditing and verifying revenue transactions across various departments.

Audit and verify all revenue transactions for different departments, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other outlets Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports to management and department heads Review and reconcile Point of Sale (POS) and Property Management System (PMS) reports with supporting documentation Ensure proper authorization and documentation of discounts, voids, refunds, and allowances Investigate and report on any discrepancies or irregularities found during audits Monitor compliance with internal controls and accounting standards Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports Collaborate with Night Audit and Front Office teams to ensure accuracy of daily postings Liaise with operational departments for clarification and follow-up on revenue matters Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient auditing procedures


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an auditing or accounting role, preferably within the hospitality industry Familiarity with hotel revenue processes and systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and accounting standards is a plus
