JESS Jumeriah is seeking dedicated, dynamic, experienced and highly committed candidates for an Inclusion Support Assistant to join our Inclusion Team to support the Head of Inclusion and Class Teachers in meeting the educational and social needs of the students. As experienced education practitioners, the post holders must have experience in fostering a caring atmosphere and be dedicated to the well-being, social and academic progress of each student. We have full time and part time positions available for start of AY 2023-24 (21 Aug 2023). Please note this position will be offered on a local contractual basis. The successful applicant must have their own UAE residence visa and medical cover. The successful applicant will:

• Have relevant attested qualifications, minimum of 2 A-Levels or equivalent
• Relevant certificates and training in relation to education (at any level), psychology and/or special educational needs
• Previous experience in supporting teaching and learning in the classroom (at any phase of learning) is required
• Previous experience of working with students of determination is highly desirable
• Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to work positively and effectively with parents and colleagues
• Demonstrate the ability to inspire, encourage and motivate children.
• Contribute positively to all aspects of school life.
