Incharge Nurse

to lead our nursing team in our One Day Surgery unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the nursing staff within the One Day Surgery unit. Ensure all nursing care delivered meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Oversee patient flow, from admission to discharge, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory of medical supplies for the unit. Mentor, train, and support nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinic policies and UAE healthcare regulations. Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Valid DHA license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the UAE. A minimum of

5 years of nursing experience in a One Day Surgery or similar fast-paced surgical setting within the UAE

. Proven experience in a leadership or charge nurse role is mandatory. Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in perioperative care. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and make decisive decisions in a high-pressure environment.
