Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly capable and experienced InCharge to oversee banking and accounting functions. This role involves direct coordination with senior leadership and vendors, along with team oversight and operational control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate directly with the Head of Department and external vendors.
- Oversee payments, reconciliations, fund flows, and allocations.
- Lead and manage a small team; ensure task allocation and performance management.
- Monitor financial transactions and reporting for accuracy and compliance.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Proven experience in banking, accounting, or finance roles.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
