HolidayBest Gulf, a leading tour operator based in Dubai, is looking for a
detail-oriented Inbound Operation Executive
to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound travel operations for UAE, including hotel bookings, sightseeing, transfers, and excursions. Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, and partners to ensure smooth service delivery. Manage reservations, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations. Prepare itineraries, costing, and travel documents for clients. Provide operational support to B2B and B2C clients. Ensure timely communication with stakeholders for seamless travel experiences.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in inbound operations in UAE travel & tourism. Strong knowledge of UAE hotels, attractions, and DMC services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
