In Store Visual Merchandiser
Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store customer experience and drive sales through effective product presentation and store layout. The ideal candidate will ensure all visual standards are aligned with brand guidelines and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute in-store visual merchandising according to brand guidelines and VM standards
Maintain product displays, mannequins, and fixtures inside the store
Ensure proper category segregation, sizing, and product flow on the shop floor
Support promotional and seasonal VM changes within the store
Monitor display standards and make daily adjustments to maintain visual impact
Coordinate with store team for stock movement and display updates
Ensure the store remains visually appealing, clean, and customer-friendly at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a retail environment
Strong understanding of VM principles and retail trends
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and coordination skills
Flexibility to work across multiple locations if required
