In Room Dining - Order Taker We are currently looking for In-Room Dining Order Taker to join the tribe of 25hours Dubai One Central.

What you will be doing:

• Directly involved in the order taking and order placing process while dealing with guest requests and orders, courteously, efficiently and promptly.
• To answer phone within 3 rings and follow phone etiquette according to 25hours standards.
• Know all menus and on going promotions in the outlet by heart and gives recommendations to guests upon request.
• To provide high standard of quality and follow-up to ensure proper delivery time on time as well as speedy service.
• To ensure that all operating standards are well understood in order to achieve the level of service established in the Departmental Operations Manual.
• To ensure that the room service area is kept clean and organized at all times.
• Attend regular training session in line with the departmental SOP\xe2\x80\x99s i.e. guest care, product knowledge, grooming standards, telephone manners etc.
• Perform tasks as per instructions from the immediate supervisor and as per duty schedule.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• You\xe2\x80\x99ve completed a hotel & catering course, and have gained experience in a bar
• You can motivate your fellow staff and take joint responsibility for planning staff duties and organising the bar.
• You\xe2\x80\x99re keen to work in a bar and gain your first experience there.
• You\xe2\x80\x99re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
