Which is why we're searching for a new In Room Dining Order Taker confident in delivering unforgettable experiences through a warm welcome, inspired recommendations and seamless service from starter to dessert and beyond.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Answer guest calls and take accurate food & beverage orders
• Input orders in the POS system and coordinate with kitchen & service teams
• Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance the guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally
• Ensure hygiene and service standards are always met
