Position Overview
Six Senses The Palm Dubai is seeking an experienced In Room Dining and Club Manager to lead the resort's IRD and Club Lounge operations. This role focuses on delivering elevated, wellness-aligned food and beverage experiences while ensuring seamless service, team leadership, and consistent adherence to Six Senses luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the full daily operation of In Room Dining and Club Lounge services
Develop strategic goals with the Food and Beverage Manager to enhance quality and efficiency
Continuously review menus, amenities, wine lists, and service touchpoints to ensure innovation and relevance
Maintain strong on-floor presence to uphold LQA standards and identify improvement opportunities
Oversee exceptional guest service and execute effective service recovery when needed
Inspect club and IRD operations regularly and ensure timely maintenance or product upgrades
Manage inventory, cost controls, and pricing guidelines as set by the property
Support guest personalization by updating and optimizing guest history profiles
Ensure exemplary grooming, hygiene, and safety standards across the department
Foster strong communication and workflow between IRD, Club Lounge, and all supporting teams
Lead, coach, and engage hosts to maintain Six Senses' crafted service levels
Ensure all departmental activities follow ethical, legal, and sustainability guidelines
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business
Three years or more of luxury hotel experience in a similar leadership role
Strong command of OPERA, MICROS, and advanced MS Office
Deep understanding of food and beverage service, menu design, wine service, cost control, and hygiene codes
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Knowledge of sustainability-oriented hospitality practices
Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
