The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Import & Logistics Supervisor to join our dynamic FMCG team in Dubai. This role involves managing and optimizing the import processes and logistics operations to ensure seamless supply chain management, timely deliveries, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: o Supervise and coordinate all import activities including documentation, clearance, and delivery processes. o Manage relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents to ensure efficient import operations. o Ensure compliance with UAE import regulations, customs policies, and company standards. o Oversee inventory management related to imported goods and collaborate with warehouse teams for smooth operations. o Monitor and optimize logistics routes and transportation methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times. o Prepare regular reports on import status, delays, and performance metrics for senior management. o Identify and resolve any issues related to shipments, including delays, damages, or customs problems. o Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and schedule imports accordingly. o Coordinate export process with Dongping HQ; manage shipping, customs clearance, and duties o Handle warehouse allocation and inbound/outbound logistics o Optimize supply chain cost and timing efficiency o Ensure legal compliance for F&B imports, VAT filings, and permits o FMCG Experience is a must



Requirements
