Requirements:

• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all customer interactions.
• Responsible for successful on-site implementations of standard offerings.
• Knowledge in Point Of Sales, ERP Application in terms of Inventory, Accounting and Finance modules.
• Capture, define and document customer technical and system parameter requirements
• Ensure timely completion of projects and deployments.
• Experience of 2 years or more.
• Higher education (finance\accounting\commerce\IT);
• Ability to quickly understand customer needs and develop effective cooperation;
• Personal qualities: communicative, have a high level of personal responsibility, ability to self-manage;
• Recommend improvements to customer communication and implementation, and support processes and procedures.
• Master data configuration (Data template preparation and migration)
• Preparation of change request / new requirement specification document
• Create and maintain training resources and deliver training to stakeholders
• Support users during post go live phases, and ensure the transition to operations teams
• UAE driving license is preferred
• Availability to join immediately

Responsibilities and duties:

• Implementation and training of Checkout Progress Applications for clients.
• Customer support (consulting, answering questions, and helping to work with the system).
• Assistance with product sales (as a technical expert).
