You and your team will work with our key issuing partner\xe2\x80\x99s environment helping them to deliver digital capabilities which enable best in class customer experiences for their end users. • 4 to 8 years experience leading and or overseeing implementation project deliveries
• At least 3 years experience in management consulting firms, ideally with focus on large scale implementations, change management, processes optimization
• Deep understanding and empathy of customer needs and commercial drivers
• Technical competence to be able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, architects, UX practitioners and the development team essential
• Working in Agile environments is valuable, specifically the Scrum framework
• Able to keep pace with emerging technologies and genuine desire to be across new product designs and user experience trends
• Experience of presenting in person and remotely to a range of stakeholders at all levels of an organization is desirable
• Consumer banking, finance and or payments experience desirable
• Experience with Financial and Banking institutions in digital product development

• Strong commercial acumen, with experience in working on business/value cases that prove ROI
• Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder management
