What you do
As an Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful deployment and integration of department strategic projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, IT, and others, to ensure that the implementation process is seamless, efficient, and meets the clients\' requirements and expectations. Your exceptional organizational skills, technical expertise, and strong communication abilities will be crucial in managing the implementation from inception to completion.
Key responsabilities:
  • Collaborate with project management team to understand requirements, project scope, and timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive implementation plans, including resource allocation, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth project kickoff and alignment of objectives.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the company\'s products or services to understand their functionalities and integration requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams during the implementation process.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and find creative solutions to ensure successful product/service integration.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on progress.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure that their needs are met throughout the implementation journey.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams involved in the implementation process, ensuring they are aligned with project goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and learning among team members to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that the delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and adhere to company standards.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback from clients and internal teams, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify potential risks and issues during the implementation process and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the implementation process, including project plans, technical specifications, and client communications.
  • Generate regular progress reports and present them to key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations upon completion, analyzing successes, challenges, and lessons learned.
  • Document and share the outcomes and best practices for each project, with the team and organization

What you bring
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar project management role, running complex programs/projects of work (both waterfall/traditional & Agile project management methodologies)
  • Previous experience in Health Insurance or Travel & Assistance industry or sound knowledge of Financial Services/ Insurance industry sector is a plus.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power point, Project, Visio, Word) Strong financial & business acumen
