About this opportunity!
We are looking for an Implementation Manager who has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization. The job role is used for Wireline, Wireless and Transmission network deployment and can be adapted and used for managing all implementation services e.g. Installation & Integration services etc. Responsible for management of activities and personnel both from Ericsson, Customer and Suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract. Budget responsible. Ensure work is implemented within in the Project OHS requirements.
What you will do

• Lead Implementation Team
• Prioritize and coordinate rollouts
• Handle work-orders and supplier compensation
• Track and control deployment financials.
• Plan and follow up of quality assurances
• Support Project Manager and project in technical aspects of project implementation issues
• Lead and coordinate the work within the Implementation function to fulfil the target
• Coordinates the implementation activities from Site Survey till final Acceptance.
• Ensure that the implementation is carried out in accordance with local requirements, Ericsson instructions, OHS and quality requirements (QAS).
• Continuously develop and improve of working methods, processes and procedures within the Project and CA
• Introduce new product and process information, transfer knowledge and experience within the team.

You will bring!

• 
  Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
• Min years of experience: 5-7 years in similar role
• Domain-experience: Radio & Transmission Deployment
• Excellent Leading & supervising skills along with an ambitious approach
• Coping with pressures and setbacks
• Delivering results and meet customer expectations
• Planning and organizational skills for projects
• Excellent Knowledge in Ericsson Radio & Transmission Products
• Additional requirement:
• PMP certification is a plus
